4. Nigeen Lake

5. Nishat Bagh

6. Chashme Shahi

Chashme Shahi is situated at the top of the city so free here you can see the view of the whole city. So many tourists like to go there.

7. Shankracharya Temple

Shankracharya Temple is located on the top of Shankracharya Hill on the Zabarwan Range. This temple is dedicated to Lord Shiva and also known as Jyeshteshwara Temple. It is located at an elevation of 1000 ft. above the valley floor. It is located near Chashme Shahi. From here you can capture the beautiful view of Srinagar City. This place has its historical importance also. There are total 243 steps leading up to the temple area . Temple remains open till 8 PM.

By Flight

You can go to Srinagar by flight easily. Srinagar Airport is well connected with all the major cities Airport.

By Train

You cannot go to Srinagar by train easily. Because Srinagar Railway Station is not more connected with outer areas trains. It is better to go by cab

By Road

The best way to go to Srinagar by road is to go by cab. If you want a budget trip then you can go in sharing a taxi which is easily available from Jammu. We have not advised you to go by bus because there are very limited buses and that buses are not going to Srinagar directly.

  1. Sure dear, according to me plan like this. Come from your city to sringar and take hotel near dal lake. There you can find good hotel in economical prices and location is very safe. Here you can hire the sumo in very less rates for going to harwan, nishat garden , shalimar bagh etc. easily plan only 1 night stay there and after visit go to patnitop or gulmarg which are very close to srinagar. Also if you are planning to go to Vaishno mata then wait for our next post because we r making our next post on vaishno mata katra, Jammu.

    People mostly eat non veg but you can find veg restaurants also and rs. 200 Approx. is enough for two persons. You can find restaurants near dal lake easily.
