Named after India’s former President Zakir Hussain, the beautiful garden was set up in 1967. The rose plants planted in carved-out lawns and flower beds. The specialty of this garden is that there are some of the medicinal plants that can be spotted here are Bel, Bahera, Harar, Camphor and Yellow Gulmohar, etc. During February or March a major cultural event called ‘Rose Festival’ is organized every year by Zakir Hussain Rose Garden.
