2. Sardar Market

This market is named after Maharaja Sardar Singh. Sardar Market is an open supermarket, where you will find all types of items from antiques to home use. Local people come here to shop for their daily needs. In Sardar Market, you will find all kinds of shops likes small shops, big shops, and street hawkers. The Sardar market is particularly famous for Bandhini, a traditional Rajasthani handcrafted cloth.

3. Umaid Bhawan Palace & Museum

Umaid Bhawan Palace in Jodhpur is one of the most visit places in Jodhpur.

Umaid Bhawan Palace is the largest private residence in the world. The Umaid Bhawan Palace can be characterized by the fact that it has 372 rooms, private museum, indoor swimming pool, billiards room, and tennis courts. Sardar Government Museum was built in 1909 during the rule of Maharaja Umaid Singh Ji, built by Henry Vaughan Lanchester. It is located in the middle of beautiful Umaid gardens. It is one of the most famous museums in Rajasthan. The ancient museum includes textiles, stone sculptures, miniature paintings, weapons and an extensive collection of local arts and crafts. It opens every day from 10 AM to 5 PM (except friday and public holiday).

5. Jaswant Thada

It was built in memory of Maharaja Jaswant Singh by his son Maharaja Sardar Singh. Hence it was named Jaswant Thada. Jaswant Thada is also known as the Taj Mahal of Mewar. 6. Mandore Garden

Mandore garden is an attractive place which is 9 km away from the main city of Jodhpur. The Mandore garden is famous for its royal cenotaphs, especially that of Maharaja Ajit Singh. The cenotaph of Maharaja Ajit Singh has a stunning roof, which makes it look like a Jain temple. The Hall of Heroes is an essential stop for those who are interested in folk heroes and their stories. There is a huge temple of 33 crore Gods/Goddesses in Mandore Garden. Most tourists are attracts by the red buildings surrounded by green trees. It is the most amazing lake with a clean and peaceful environment. This lake is a famous picnic spot.

Morning & evening is the best time to visit this place.

9. Rao Jodha Desert Rock Park
